RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of a defective or damaged item as outlined below.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives defective or damaged you must:

  • Contact us at yarasupport@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  • We will review your claim and if approved arrange an exchange for the same item

No exchanges will be accepted after the 3 day window. No exceptions.


THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS

Yarasbags sources products through third party international suppliers including AliExpress and Alibaba. As a result:

  • We do not manufacture our products directly
  • Product availability is subject to supplier stock
  • We are not responsible for any supplier side delays or quality variations beyond our control

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control
  • Yarasbags takes no responsibility for delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched
  • Purchasing shipping protection or priority shipping may reduce risk but does not guarantee specific delivery dates — these services are provided by third parties and any issues with them are not under Yarasbags accountability

To submit a defective or incorrect item claim you must provide:
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the original packaging
- A short video showing the defect or issue

Claims submitted without all three will not be processed.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items your order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is normal and does not indicate a lost or missing order. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us.
